What is Technical Interview?

A technical interview is a formal interaction between the assessor and the candidate to analyze and judge the depth of knowledge and experience the candidate has in the nominated trade. The technical interview takes a minimum of two to three hours through video conferencing. The assessor asks a wide range of questions about the skills and knowledge necessary to work in Australia. The technical interview is conducted in English and no interpreter is allowed. The technical interview questions asked by the assessor are based on the units listed for your trade.

Who will assess me?

You will be assessed by an assessor who is: A qualified and well-experienced tradesperson in the related occupation. The assessor also holds a qualification as an assessor and from the designated RTO, Australia.

Where will the Technical Assessment be?

Technical assessment will be held at the RTO’s approved venues across the Globe. Baasu can facilitate the application and coordinate the technical interview venues in India, Nepal and Dubai.
